NAARCWorks: Pathways to Opportunity Week 2

KENORA Coaching & Consulting, in partnership with the National Association for the Advancement of Returning Citizens (NAARC), is proud to offer NAARCWorks: Pathways to Opportunity, a FREE five-week virtual workforce development program created to help justice-involved individuals prepare for meaningful employment.

Participants will receive hands-on instruction in:

  • Career exploration and goal setting

  • Resume writing and professional branding

  • Workplace readiness and communication

  • Job search strategies

  • Interview preparation and mock interviews

  • Workplace success skills

  • Individual Employment Planning

By the end of the program, participants will have developed a professional resume, practiced interviewing, identified career pathways, and created an individualized employment plan to support their employment goals.

Event Details

Location: Virtual via Microsoft Teams (link will be provide to registered participants)
Day: Wednesday & Friday
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Who Should Attend:

  • Maryland residents returning from incarceration

  • Individuals on probation or parole

  • Justice-involved adults seeking employment opportunities

  • Individuals ready to begin a career pathway

What to Bring:

  • Internet Electronic Device with Camera and Microphone capabilities for example cellphone, tablet, laptop, or computer.

  • Valid email address for communication

  • Positive attitude and readiness to grow
